Had an issue, as I didn’t indicate full home address for delivery via Post. Marta helped me to get my order via Omniva for free when it returned. Despite a delay the service was great.

I am very satisfied with humane communication. I reached Marta by email when I had issues with payment processing, as wanted my order to be dispatched the same day. She waited patiently and send it the same evening, although the payment arrived after 15:00. She also delivered great aftersales service answering my questions about the quality of Medical Gold.
